A US company specializing in providing consulting services on cold Fusion for industry has been formed. NUCAT Energy LLC offers a Short Course to teach engineers, businessmen, scientists and others the basics about Low Energy Nuclear Reaction.
It also offers a variety of consulting services about LENR to companies and others. These services include: instruction and educational materials, consulting services, research, engineering, scientific testing, the design and building of devices, and report writing. In addition to that the company will be offering seminars that will show companies how to take advantage of LENR devices like Andrea Rossi’s e-cat.
NUCAT is run by David J. Nagel a retired US Navy officer who holds a PhD in Materials Engineering, a Master of Science Degree in Physics and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. Nagel formerly worked as leader of a physics division at the US Naval Research Laboratory which has reportedly done quite a bit of research on cold fusion. While there Nagel oversaw the activities of 80 people with PhDs and $30 million worth of research. He has also been a research professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at George Washington University in Washington DC. NUCAT’s other employee is Carol Ann Nagel who handles all of the business and administrative chores. Before going into science, Nagel served at sea as an officer in the US Navy and retired from the Naval Reserve with the rank of Captain (equivalent to a Colonel in the Army).
NUCAT will offer its first short course Perspectives on Low Energy Nuclear Reactions at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Crystal City, Virginia, on October 3 and October 4. Dr. Nagel will presumably conduct this seminar. With Andrea Rossi’s US demonstration of the e-cat now scheduled to begin in late October this sounds like good timing.
